Cancelation Policy

To secure your luxury voyage with Booking Experience, an advance payment is essential. Without it, we cannot confirm your booking.

Please note that if your party size decreases, the original price quoted must still be honored.

Our yachts and catamarans will be ready for you at the scheduled reservation time. Late arrivals will not result in extended tour time.

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your departure date are fully refundable. We request written notice for such cancellations.

For verification and security purposes, the cardholder who made the reservation must be present with ID and the payment card at boarding. Failure to present these may result in trip cancellation without refund.

Full payment must be completed before boarding. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to cancel the service without a refund.

If unfavorable weather conditions lead to a port closure as decided by the regional port authority, we offer the flexibility to reschedule or provide a full refund.

Please be aware that transportation to the marina and gratuities for our attentive crew are not included in the tour price and should be planned for accordingly.
